Frequently Asked Questions

Orders requiring your signature appear in the “Order Review” section. You can filter by unsigned status to focus only on pending items.
Can I review and sign multiple orders at once?
Yes. Use the checkboxes next to each patient to select multiple orders, then click either Approve or Review to process them in bulk.
Where can I find patient info?
By clicking the “Patient Info” tab in Provider Link. You can search for a specific patient directly on the patient list. Or click any of the menu items in the gray column and change the patient from there. Filters are also available to sort by status, payor, or physician group.
How do I view or change the patient's episode?
Within the “Patient Info” tab, use the Change Episode dropdown to view previous or current episodes.
How do I locate missed visits or incomplete care?
Go to the “Missed Visits” section in the gray navigation column or use the “Schedule” section. Missed visits will appear in yellow. You can also use Show Visit List to filter by visit status, or run the Missed Visit Report from the “Reports” tab.

How do I know if an order was successfully submitted or signed?
Once signed, orders move from Pending to Completed status. To view order history, use the Signed Orders or Declined filters, or check the “Approved Orders” section under the “Patient Info” tab.
What should I do if I see an unfamiliar patient or can't find the one I expect to see?
Use the Change Patient tool to search again. If it’s not your patient and you have an order, send it back as Declined so the office can edit the order to the correct physician.
